In response to COVID-19, Amplifier launched an emergency campaign with top art curators and public-health advisors from around the world looking for public health and safety messages that can help flatten the curve through education and symbols that help promote mental health, well-being, and social change work during these stressful times.

As an Asian American, the discrimination based on the coronavirus is saddening and frustrating. Even though I’ve lived in the United States for almost a decade, my appearance is still seen as a “foreigner” to outsiders. While it’s easy to be overcome by fear and anxiety, and default to blaming others, this poster reminds viewers to rise above hatred and baseless fears.
