As we take global action to minimize the impacts of the Corona Virus pandemic, the U.S. is still detaining migrant and refugee communities who are being exposed to the deadly virus at alarming rates. Several detainees have now tested positive for COVID-19 as physical distancing does not exist in prison. How can we flatten the curve if necessary measures are not taken to protect our communities? We must demand ICE to free all migrant and refugee prisoners, and to put our health before profit.
