Elizabeth B. Weil is a managing partner at 137 Ventures. Prior to joining 137, she was a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she worked with the consumer portfolio, Fortune 500 brands, and advertising agencies, and an early employee at Twitter, where she started the Corporate Development team and grew the Product Marketing team. Elizabeth previously worked at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) and Menlo Ventures, and began her career at AuctionDrop and Xfire (acquired by MTV & Viacom, respectively). A lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, Elizabeth is also a board member on the Ad Council. She holds a BS in economics and an MA in management science and engineering from Stanford University, where she was a Mayfield Fellow and a Buck Scholar.
